It was a journey for me, in more than one way, stay tuned for the rest of this story.

We started off with a completely new way of facilitating a course through the LMS, LMS to Website. In his seminal work, Pedagogy of the Oppressed, Paulo Freire identified critical pedagogy as an approach to teaching and social change that fosters in students an ability to read their world in order to develop a sense of their own agency and ability to intervene in history. Critical pedagogy asserts that learning is a matter of engaging in a process of becoming conscious. But above all else, critical pedagogy is a humanizing approach to teaching and learning.
